Description
This painting by Geoff Taylor has a vast range of windswept snowy mountains, a night sky, by the side of a river on a snowy slope ride two horsemen with lighted torches of flame. Behind and above flies a snowy owl. In the valleys are conifer forests silhouetted in the reflected light on the snow.
Synopsis for Original Title
Citadel of Shadows. Taking refuge from Elundium's mob in the ruins of a great city, the peaceful Tunnelers are threatened by Nevian, the Master of Magic, and a crippled boy and a runaway archer's son find the fate of their people in their hands.
